About ALECTIA
ALECTIA is a leading Danish consulting company. Our trademark is consulting services that combine a high degree of professionalism with a deep understanding of our clients’ business.
We have developed from a classic engineering company to a knowledge-based company with a large number of specialised competences within process technology, occupational health and safety, business consulting, buildings, water, energy and environment. We work as trusted advisers for companies and organisations seeking innovative solutions.
Cross-disciplinary project work
A prerequisite for delivering the quality of work that is the hallmark of ALECTIA is our ability to manage large projects from start to finish. Presently, we have 30 project managers certified in accordance with the international IPMA standard, and more are on the way.
Sustainability
ALECTIA aims to contribute to the sustainable development of our clients’ business, and so we run our company based on the principles of the triple bottom line. Our approach to sustainability is strategic and business-oriented. We have adopted the UN’s Global Compact as this gives us internationally recognized terms of reference for our consulting services as well as the development of our own company.
Competence development
For a knowledge-based company like ALECTIA, co-operation with research and education environments is an important part of our strategy. We have chosen to invest in an extensive PhD programme that brings leading-edge knowledge into the company and continuously improves the quality of our consulting. Furthermore, the programme enables us to influence the development of the consulting industry.
