These parameters are pivotal for us when we review properties for our clients via a Technical Due Diligence investigation. It is not enough to review the engineering qualities of a building alone: we strive to encompass issues that affect long-term value-for-money. The results of our investigations, be it in connection with new-build projects or existing property portfolios, are documented in a report with recommendations for optimizing the investment. Following the sale of a property we also offer design, planning or owner representative services to further the process.
In the case of project development, the investment horizon is often short, as the project should ideally be sold after the project is complete. The same parameters as mentioned above have to be analyzed to realize a sale. We can also supplement our services by a market search for potential investors and elaboration of the relevant key indicators before a sale.
