We take part in all processes from business development and strategy to production optimization and design of state-of-the-art production facilities.
Buildings and production facilities represent a considerable capital investment. Recognising this we provide strategic advice for Facility Management by setting up maintenance programmes in close co-operation with the client. We advise on Risk Management and establish risk profiles in order to minimise the number of production breakdowns or to reduce the insurance premium. We carry out Supply Chain Audits and production optimizations from A-Z, resulting in reduced consumption of raw materials and energy, together with improved output. We advise on People Strategy and review working environment conditions with ensuing suggestions for improvement of production and employee conditions. This generates higher employee satisfaction, an increased production and an improved bottom line. In addition, we work with energy certification: LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) or BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method), where we review and certify existing buildings and ensure that new buildings meet the required grade.
