ALECTIA strengthens its leading position through yet another acquisition
Healthy Company employs 10 specialists within the areas of health, safety and well-being. From December 1, Healthy Company becomes part of ALECTIA, and consolidates the ALECTIA’s position as the largest working environment consultant in Denmark. This is ALECTIA’s tenth acquisition since 2005.
The specialists of the consulting company Healthy Company work with health, safety and well-being in a commercially focused and integrated manner to strengthen the employees’ development and efficiency. Their consulting services are based on the work environment philosophy: ”The integrated effort” with the aim to reduce absenteeism and wearing-down, and improve well-being and health.
”Healthy Company is a young consulting company which will strengthen ALECTIA’s existing consulting services within health promotion. The acquisition will create strong professional synergies, and we will be able to offer our clients even better solutions”, says Jens Moberg, CEO of ALECTIA. Jens continues: “A good working environment results in fewer sick days and increases productivity. Preventive efforts and a good health is a prerequisite for a long working life and consequently the key to keep Danes longer on the labour market
Healthy Company was founded in 2006 and integrate health, safety and well-being in their work. Based on data collection and analysis of the three areas of health, safety and well-being, the company has identified a number of scientifically acknowledged connections and tested their interrelation. On the basis of an analysis of the individual company, the management gets a deep insight into the reasons and consequences across all areas of work environment - and the impact on the economy. In an optimal company there is a common thread between health improvement and work environment, and it is evident for both employees and managers that the initiatives are both value-creating and relevant.
Kenneth Ajslev, director for ALECTIA’s work environment department explains: “Healthy Company has at the same time moved health, safety and well-being into the executive offices as well as out to the mobile workers’ sheds. The documented and measurable improvement possibilities give a strong backing from management to the decided initiatives, and this is essential to achieve a permanent improvement. We experience an increasing demand for both practical and strategic consultancy services, and the new acquisition will considerably develop our offerings to the market.
